I have never dealt with Ganley Nissan I was having issue with my Titan that my local Mechanic could not get fixed. I wanted to take it to a Nissan Dealer. Vince checked me in and showed me to the waiting room while diagnostics were done. When they figured the issue he told me they needed to order parts that it would be a few days. He asked if I needed a loaner vehicle which I did. They had my truck done when they said they would. I will go back again and thank you for the loaner truck. Vince handled everything great!

I was having problems with my heated seats,and they said bring it in. They took a look at it and they had to overnight a part,which they gave me a beautiful loaner an upgrade from my car. They fixed my car and said I can pick it up anytime,but by the the time I could a blizzard came through. I called them and they told me to pick it up when I thought it was safe to drive. How courteous and kind that was at no charge,who does that nowadays. I will always take my vehicle to Ken Ganley Nissan

Nick was extremely accommodating. Picked me up at the airport and worked through the paperwork in a timely manner allowing me to get on the road as quickly as possible. Car is great and in immaculate condition. If I lived closer I would definitely return.

The best Nissan dealership in the area staff is extremely professional. Mike and Vince are amazing in the service department. Two of the most honest and professional persons I have worked with in any industry.

Rosie was my sales rep. She was extremely professional, she explained everything and she is an excellent people person. Rosie went over everything and explained what was in each manual and I also watched video’s. Rosie answered every question and was very courteous as well.nnI also talked with the financial department, Steve was extremely helpful and I had some questions the next day and he promptly called me back.nnIt was a pleasure doing business with Rosie and Steve.
