So I showed up to Ken Ganley Auto outlet and greeted by a very nice gentleman BIG Ron. We looked at a 2015 Sierra 1500 and loved the truck but was not what I needed. He then proceeded to help me with other options and we settled on a 2016 Ram. He was helpful and professional in all aspects of the job. Great sales man that shows respect and knowledge of his job. Not pushy and laid back. Made me feel comfortable and wanting to give Ken Ganley my business. Just purchased a car here at Ganley, got to work with a great guy Sam Ute, very professional and honest. Unlike some car lots that string you along about helping you get into a vehicle he was very upfront about my situation before I drove from Mansfield, Ohio. Drove away same day! Purchase was effortless from start to finish and done in a timely manor. Thank you Sam!!

Joe and Adam!!!!! Outstanding service!!!nVery professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sale!!! My wife and I were undecided about what type of vehicle we wanted and they were patient even staying after hours. Ken Ganley great idea to have the Outlet across the street from the dealership.nnAdam stayed all the way till we finished our paper work!nnCharles excellent service explaining paperwork!nThis purchase was for the wife, I am next and I will be back!!!
