Bought my first bike from here. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me being a new rider. Steve was helpful in the buying process and even gave me tips on how to ride. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get a motorcycle, dirt bike, atv, or gear in general. They have a very relaxed environment, where the salesman don’t bombard you and allow you to look around at your own pace. Once again, this place is amazing
I was browsing their website the other night looking at the inventory of Motorcycles and saw a 2020 Kawasaki z900rs cafe that they had for sale and decided to randomly put in a credit application online without talking to a salesmen because it was late and they were obviously closed.nnWell the next morning, Steven, from sales called me, which I missed his phone call but as I was about to call him back after hearing his voicemail he sent me a text, confirming I was interested in the motorcycle, making this very convenient for me.nnWe spoke on the phone briefly and I told him I was worried I wouldn't be approved because I didn't have a super high credit score at the time, but Steven told me to rest assured knowing that he will go to bat for me and do his best to get me a lender.nnFast forward a couple hours and Steven asked me to come in to finalize paperwork because they got me approved.nnI show up and they had my bike all ready for me, I signed my paperwork and hit the open road.nnWhat an easy transaction at a great dealership with hard working staff. Would recommend this place to anyone! Job well done, I'm very satisfied with my new bike and the experience of buying from Rick Roush. Thanks Steven!
What can I say about our experience except beyond exceptional- we were greeted by Steven, who was helping another couple at the moment but said he would be back shortly. He provided us with information to help us discuss while we waited, he came back shortly after and arranged it so we could test drive the Mule. We came back and asked a few more questions, took that info, went to lunch to make our final determination, allowed us to put a hold on the machine so we didn't lose our chance to buy that one since it was last they had in stock. Decision made, he handle all the financial transactions while we got the trailer situated to bring it home. It was so smooth, he even handled the paperwork so we could get on road home with our new Mule. Very smooth, pressureless and efficient deal with Steven and would recommend looking him up if you are in need of any machine. Very good experience.
We had an awesome experience! Steve helped us and took great care of us. We knew exactly what we wanted and he took us through the process of buying a new Honda crf250. He was very professional, offered us beverages and made sure we were up to date with what was going on after we filled out our paperwork. I give Steve 5 stars for making sure we were well taken care of!
My experience started with Lori Cucuzza. I called and spoke with her because I was looking for new dirt bikes for myself and my son. I asked her a million questions and she answered all of them with knowledge and professionalism. She was so incredibly helpful that when it was time for my niece to buy a dirt bike for her son, I told her to go to Roush. I called Lori again and asked her to help my niece navigate the process. She connected her with Steve and the whole process was simple and very pleasant!
