This was a very enjoyable new car shopping experience. Brian did an outstanding job in every aspect of the buying process. No high pressure with all our questions explained to our satisfaction. All the other employees that we dealt width did an great job also. I would highly recommend using the dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda.

Had an amazing experience at Rick Roush Honda in Medina. Just purchased a new Pilot with the help of Brian George. He is a great person to work with when purchasing a vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure that everything I was looking for in the vehicle was present and helped get me the best deal possible. He was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had about different vehicles. His approach had no pressure and was reassuring. I was completely comfortable with the whole experience! I have purchased from them in the past and will definitely be back for future vehicles. Great vehicles! Great dealership! Great staff! Great experience! I haven't personally been to this location, as I live closer to Cincinnati, but we are purchasing a spoiler for our 2020 Civic hatchback from them and I ran into complications with not enough information on the order processing. I spoke with Austin today and he was not only AMAZING, but super friendly, knowledgable and made me feel like a valued customer. I cannot wait to receive the spoiler! And I also can't wait to make more purchases from them in the future.

We have been taking our Hondas to Rick Roush for service for years and have always been very happy with their service. Today, they got me in for service without an appointment, squeezing me in and fixing the problem - all in the same afternoon! As always, they were courteous, explained all the work done, and patient in answering my questions. Thank you, Rick Roush service department!
