Simple buying process. Straight forward with the price without any hidden fees. I think the price was a little bit higher than fair value but the car was exactly what I was looking for and the only one I could find in Ohio so I went for it. One of the tires pressure was low during the test drive and it turned out to be a flat tire few days later. The dealer was accommodating and referred me to the closest tire shop near me and paid for fixing the tire. Lisa was great and I had a great experience with her. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Bought a newer explorer from here. Sales man Frank crone was awesome no pressure . Had an issue shortly after and it was all hands on deck salesman and service department. Everyone is friendly. Dealership is clean and very well designed. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good deal from a great dealership without a headache like most others.

My husband and I just purchased a used family vehicle from Haus yesterday. We have been working with Frank, Joe, and Dominic during our purchase and we had a very pleasant experience! We found that Haus was a one stop shop for the vehicle that we were looking for.nnThe vehicle that we ended up purchasing had cloth seats. I let Frank know that we were looking for a vehicle with leather seats and he went out of his way to work with a car seat upholstering company to have our seats reupholstered in leather plus we added in heated front seats for a great price! It was such a relief to have everything done in one place and have exactly what we wanted before we picked up the vehicle.nnWhile we were test driving the vehicle, we noticed that a button on the radio did not work. We will have to have this repaired but Joe let us know that we would just have to bring the vehicle to them when it's convenient for us and they would take care getting the button repaired. Joe also said that he would supply us with a vehicle to use while our vehicle is being repaired so that we won't have any downtime without transportation which will be very helpful for our family.nnEveryone at Haus Auto was very helpful and very polite. When making a vehicle purchase, it is so important to work with a business that you can rely on and a business that cares about you and your family.
