Had a great experience here while buying my Ford Escape! My family and I worked with Josh Nussbaum and he was excellent. He made us feel like important customers while explaining all the amazing deals and features of the car. He even reached out after the sale was complete to make sure I was completely happy! Stanley Greathouse is the best salesman there is. Ask for him, he is honest and will not do you wrong. They look over their used vehicles also. You will not find any lemons in their lot. Ask for Eric Porter if getting service. He's the best technician they have. But everyone there is great ; )

Leased a new f150 sport 12/30/19. Quick and simple, great experience. Fairway was referred by several people I know that have dealt with this place. About 7 months later check engine light came on. Took it in and when I went to pick up the truck the gentleman at the service desk explained that a rodent had chewed on some wires and normally that isn’t covered under warranty but dealership was gonna cover it due to the fact that while they had the truck they accidentally ripped the driver side mirror off when they ran it through the wash. My response was “WHAT” service guy and I walked out to the truck. They put a new mirror on, but about 7 inches above the mirror on the A post was a dent then when I looked down, the door looked like it had been dented also and when you open the door it was about to rub on the front fender. I requested a manager. Sales manager came out and said what’s going on how can I help you. I advised him what was going on and he said oh we didn’t notice the other damage. I replied How could you not, the dent on the A post is right above the new mirror you put on. I then asked, were you hoping I drive off not noticing this other damage, if so you’d be off the hook for fixing it. The story that was fed to me did not jive with the damage. And it definitely seemed liked they were playing it off hoping that I would drive off and not notice it till later on. When I suggested a police report I was told by the sales manager to bring the loaner back and that we can settle this in court and he assured me that I would lose and be out of everything and they wouldn’t fix it. Customer service was poor, sales manager tried to hide things and was caught. I would never deal with this place again. And for a truck that was ran through the wash the front end still had rd grime and bugs all over it and the windshield was still dirty. At the end of it all they had their body shop fix the truck. Nothing like buying a new truck and having the dealership do body damage while it’s in there shop. I get that accidents happen, you need to own up to it and be very upfront about it. Not wait till the customer comes to pick up his truck and you have the truck out front like nothing happened and have a young kid behind the service counter tell you what happened. Very unprofessional

I would recommend anyone to go here it was great! Our sales person Josh was awesome, he was really helpful and understood what we needed in a vehicle and got it. The process was pretty quick we had a unique situation so it took a little longer but I notice other customers that were essentially in and out service. If you go ask for Josh you won't regret it!

Josh the sales manager was fantastic to deal with, he was very prompt in any and all questions that I had for him. They were fair on the offer of my trade in and everyone involved from the sales, financing, guys in the shop getting the vehicle ready we’re all on point. If you are looking for a team that knows how to treat a person you have come to the right place. They treat you like a human and not a robot programmed what to say to you as you would typically expect. My highest regards to everyone involved.
