My husband and I used to live this place as it was 1 of 2 places that delivered to us and they were the better of the 2. However over the last year the service and quality has gone down.nnThey frequently get our order wrong. Missing items and incorrect toppings or sauces are literally apart of every order.nnToday was the last straw when the delivery boy got snappy with me and told me I needed to get to the door faster.

Worst experience ever at any restaurant, waited in lobby for 1 hour to pick up pizza I had ordered on the phone. Arrived at time I was told it would be ready and then waited for an hour and left with no pizza. I was told at one point, after my first 20 minutes of waiting, it was in the oven. After waiting 20 more minutes, they told me it was on the cutting table, for the last 20 minutes of my wait the staff would no longer come out front to talk to us. There were probably 10 other customers waiting out front with me. I think the guy that seemed to be in charge in the back and repeatedly said sorry, with no explanations, I think he may have been drunk or on drugs

It was horrible. Rude people work there. They didn’t make any of the food right. And we ordered 3 things. I’m vegan so it was a big deal to me pretty disappointing when you live 20 mins away and come home to food you literally have to throw away. I’m a frequent buyer to and I’ll never buy from there again. Then when I call and complain they did nothing about it. Pathetic

We like vitos pizza, however it seems everytime we get pizza from there, the cheese is 2 to 3 inches away from the crust edge, and the amount of toppings seems very chincy..this is expensive pizza and if we order say sausage on our pizza there will be several slices that literally have no sausage on it. This has happened on several occasions.

We order from this location because of the convenience. We had a delivery driver from this location dump the entire trash contents of his car into our yard once. Today we ordered and I selected the NO CONTACT option on the website. Myself and some of my family members are high risk for covid. We ordered because we were happy to see this option on Vito's website. The driver was not wearing a mask and did not respect our no contact wishes. We will not be returning for awhile. Giving two stars because the pizza is good, but clearly health and safety precautions are not taken seriously.
