Definitely need to improve the customer service. The kids act scared to come out front to customers. First time I had to wait about 15 minutes before they acknowledged my existence. Tonight i was lucky but then other customers were standing about 15 minutes before they flagged the staff down.

I drive from the east side of Newark to pick up pizza from Michael's!! In my opinion, the best pizza in Licking County!! I was so happy when they opened one in Newark, but sadly they changed everything, including the name, so now I'm back to driving to Jacksontown when I want pizza. I recommend it to anyone who asks!!

I have a family of 5 so when we order out you can imagine what any bill would look like( plus a tip). However, I have 0 issues with paying top dollar for any meal or anything at all if the proof is in the product.nThe food we ordered and received last night was downright thrown together. Absolutely no doubt my 6yr old niece can out perform any staff member within your company.
