The service center will not do as you request, then charge you extra for it and lie that they didn’t. I have always been afraid to use dealer service because of this and likely won’t again. It is much better to find a mechanic working for their own reputation who cares about their customer. Did give the second star since the job was at least completed.

I bought a used Toyota Highlander. The staff was very responsive. Any of my concerns with the vehicle were addressed quickly. I'm very satisfied with my experience!

Dear Toyota employees,nnThe mask goes over your nose, you don't need to pull down your mask to talk just speak up & enunciate... Also a mask mandate means your customers are required to wear a mask as well...nnPS. there is a expired bag of Doritos in your snack area that no one in their right mind will eat.

I had my 2 years service, oil change, tire rotation, point inspection. All was done in 1/2 hour. Very fast service and very courteous staff.
