My 80 year old father bought his Kona at Coughlin last weekend. The salesman was so nice an respectful. He was very helpful and made buying a new vehicle a good experience! The deal was the best we found in Ohio, so five stars all the way for Coughlin and their staff. We drove over an hour to get this deal and we are glad we did!

Quick service, friendly service. No BS dealership and didn't try and persuade me into anything I didn't ask for. Fastest car purchase I've made and they were down a Finance person.

Our salesman Cody was awesome. This is the 2nd Sonata from them first was 11 years old when I traded it in and no problems with it just new tires and 1 battery. I absolutely love the 2020 model.

I chose a vehicle that I saw online. I test drove it, loved it, and bought it! My dealer was Chip, who was very helpful, respectful, and straight forward with everything. This was a very easy buy. He explained all of the vehicle's features and was upfront and really nice. This is my first brand new car ever, and I have told many people about my great experience.
