If I could give 0 stars I would. They want us to over pay for a car that’s worth 300$. We were told we would be reimbursed for the mechanic work we have done on our own. We never were, nor was it taken off of our overall payment. Their “collections” lady is a complete c**t. This business is completely unprofessional and shady.

The people there are super nice and I love the car I got. Im 40 and never experienced the friendliness at a dealer like this.

Shady business! They don't provide receipt's, make false claims that parts have been replaced and additional funds are required to get vehicle back. After marking our motor with a paint pen we took it in to be replaced where they gladly charged us almost $2000.00. when we got our truck back the motor had clearly not been replaced (the marker was still on the side of the motor) I checked the oil and it was so think that it had a consistency of slime. When I said I would not be paying for a new motor without providing me with receipts of services they repoed the vehicle that evening. We are reporting to the BBB and requesting an investigation to be done.

Terrible costumer service, lady in back office is rude an disrespectful when speaking with, highly do not recommend. You are better else where don't waste money here
