Ordered lunch from work yesterday around noon that was suppose to be delivered at 2pm. I don’t usually do bad reviews but the lady who I will not name answering the phones yesterday was amazingly rude and hung up on me twice refusing to even look at my order to give me any info or give me the name of the Manager who she claimed was not there yesterday. Delivery driver was super nice and apologized for the terrible customer service. Food was good when it finally did come.
Absolute HORRIBLE service. Ordered our food at 8pm and here it is 10 till 10pm and it’s still not here! The food may be good, but next time I’ll order several hours before I am even hungry!
Good food. Horrible service. I'm unable to get delivery 2 hours before close ever. And I live very close by.. And to top it off the lady (no names) is rude.
Ok.....so....I call yesterday to order what they attempted to make was called a steak calzone. I get it for delivery right. It had steak....mozzarella cheese....green peppers....onions....and mushrooms. They didn't bother to sautee these so anyone with a brain knows what happened. The condensation from onions...green peppers....and shrooms ran to bottom of this thing and all fell apart. Worst calzone I ever had. Furthermore, the lady I spoke to who took my order.....well.....she did not sound like she wanted to be there. I would not either if they are slinging that kind of food. Thank You.
DONT order from Wintersville location. Take 2 hrs min. And if you call and ask about you order that hang up on you. Save yourself the aggravation and get Giannamores’s
