Went there to replace an lp hose that had a leak. They did not have it in stock so they offered to build me a new hose. Extremely low cost high quality and I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Highly recommended business.

I was probably the worst kind of service customer that any RV sales and maintenance operation wants to see during the hottest week of the Summer. Yeah, I was the guy who showed up with a broken RV, a replacement AC that I didn't buy there, a really sad (but very true) story and very little hope that anything good was going to happen. Guess what? I was wrong on all accounts.These fine folks found me a window in a busy schedule and took care of me. They didn't have to but they DID. The great folks at Rousseau's not only earned my business (they didn't have to) but they earned my deepest respect and heartfelt gratitude. Look, there are plenty of places to buy things and get work done. Forget them. Go here! Thank you Rousseau's RV Center!

Went to get dewinterized and tank filled of water. Left thinking everything is good seeing that everyone seemed friendly. Finally the next day I turned on the faucets to use and the water was still pink. Left it running to the point the water ran out. Called and of course nothing to be done. Thought this would be my go to but my first experience it being like my money was nothing as long as they had it wasn’t a great starting point to me. especially the time we’re in that a lot of us can’t go back to work.

My husband and I were heading to Campers World and happened to stumble on Rousseau's RV Center and I was so happy we did. What a great staff and a great selection. Our sales rep, Paul was patient, quite accommodating and by no means a pushy salesman, as we could not decide and went into numerous trailers several times. Well we found one we loved but we decided to check out Campers World just in case. Well we saw the difference right away. We will definitely be buying our trailer from Rousseau's

I am thrilled to have found these guys. We got our class c at camping world whom are not known for their service... Roussues rents our exact model and they know it in and out. We have come in many times now and I am always sooooo pleased with not only the service, but the wreath of info they share about my rig. I get a ton of great info every time I come in.
