I expressed frustration experienced at another dealership and was ready to stop shopping. I was asked to come into the dealership and allow them the opportunity to assist me. I’m glad I did. Not only did they have vehicles ready for me to test drive, they indulged me in what I thought I wanted. Ultimately they directed me to a better vehicle, with more incentives that fit into my budget. I’m a very happy new suv owner!
Got to peak around the lot on my own. Salesmen are great here non pushy. Purchased 2 new vehicles from here and looking for our 3rd.nWill not go to any other dealer.nThe service is great here. Get all my maintenance done here. Austin in service hows his stuff. If he says it needs done it gets done.
I was just there for an oil change and tire rotation. They said since I had to wait a little bit longer than planned they took $10 off of my already discounted package. I hadn’t even asked them how long it would take and was just patiently waiting. Very nice, went above and beyond.
They are always polite and punctual. Service is done in a timely matter. Everyone you come in contact with at the dealership are polite and greet you with a hello.
Fantastic working with this dealership. I’d previously been through 6 other dealers who put me through headaches trying to get a GMC Canyon whether it was hidden fees, terrible rates etc. This dealership was honest, easy to work with and got us a great deal/rate that was so great we drove from Cleveland to seal the deal. Would highly recommend!
