I purchased a 2013 Jeep Compass from the Steubenville location on Oct 6 2020 when I picked up the vehicle the 1 headlight was out they had me come back the very next day and I told them the vehicle smelled like anti-freeze the salesmantold me it was the engine cleaner they used I also told him the vehicle was pulling really bad to the right he told me it was a low tire I also told him the check engine light came on the way home he pretty much told me not to worry about it I went and had it scanned it came back the converter I take it back again and tell them he tells me it just needs some cleaner so I go waste 30$ on cleaner again does nothing I called multiple times with no return call I finally take it to the repair shop myself and it needs 3100 dollars worth of work the antifreeze smell was actually the thermostat housing needing replaced the pulling to the right was the ball joint about to break the oil pan was so rusted it was rusted through the front struts were bad and the rear strut assembly needs replaced the manifold converter is bad as well my mechanic showed me everything so I know for a fact these things were wrong I haven’t even made my first payment yet and it’s in the shop having these repairs done and I’m 100% responsible for everything DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF I have PROOF of everything!!!!!
