We just purchased a Class C Toy Hauler, sight unseen, and we are very happy with our purchase AND this dealership!nMy husband flew in to p/u the RV and there was someone waiting at the airport to get him. Dealership did thorough walkthrough. They have been very helpful with a couple small issues we had after returning home.nWould highly recommend Jim, Tom and the rest of the crew at this dealership!

I was searching for a very specific Class A Outlaw motorhome and found one at Findlay. Working with Thomas was a breeze and he responded to my MANY questions in a timely and professional manner. When I flew there to take delivery, Charlie did the walk through and was very thorough. Says a lot about a company that you can purchase a vehicle sight unseen and feel 100% confident it’ll be what you expected. Good people, would recommend to anyone.

We just bought a older Super C Dec 2020 that was a little dated inside but we knew that when we bought it on last Saturday. When we picked it up the following Saturday they put a new mattress in overhead changed out the old school TV in bedroom and also updated radio in kitchen. Hard to believe they would take it upon themselves to do this and provide this kind of service when we didn’t even ask.. Thank you Thomas and Jim May. Merry Christmas

We had been looking for a Class C rv for months. We had found some at Zoomers in Walbash Indiana. We had spoke with a sales associate there on one we were interested in. We then put a deposit and they ran the credit we let them know we would be coming from Overland Park Kansas. He said no problem it will be waiting for you Monday to look at. We drove all the way there just to get there and be showed rv’s you wouldn’t even put your pets in. Then to top off the prices kept changing from what was on the internet. We were left on the lot for 37 minutes waiting for our salesman to come back. After being treated like second class citizens we got our phones out and started looking for other places near. Well Findlay Rv came up. I spoke with Jim and said I see you have a class C Winnebago and he said yes. I said can you plz send me pictures he said yes give me a minute. We received the pictures and we said how far are we from you about 2 1/2 hours I said we are on the way!! Now our so call salesman from Zoomers finally comes back Jaymes tells him well we are done here since everything we want is sold. You know what the salesman said Good Luckud83dude44. Wow Thanks we said to him. We got to Findlay were he had it waiting for us!! Jaymes drove it (which was a done deal)ud83dude00. Needless to say we filled out paperwork stayed the night and next day we got our dream RV!! This was Jaymes birthday gift!! We have told friends anyone that is looking for a RV Please Go To Findlay RV in Ohio!! Jim and Kim and the whole staff is GREAT!!! They make you feel welcome and customer service was A one!!! We had a great experience with the purchase of our new RV! The process from start to finish was so smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Before we left Eric showed us everything we needed to know about our new rv in detail, helped with the new hitch and sway bar and was very easy to talk with! Definitely worth the drive to Findlay and speak with this great group of people! You will not be disappointed! Thank you to Jim May and staff for setting us up with a great rv for our family! We will definitely be back in the future!
