Consistently horrible with mobile orders. I always have to ask for my order which is sitting on a counter completely done. What are supposed to be management just walks by without acknowledgement

Honestly I love chick fil a but when I roll up to the drive through at 8 pm and the MILKSHAKE MACHINE is closed down for the evening 2 hours before close its disheartening, you are not McDonald’s and you should hold your selves to a higher standard . If I wanted the “ milkshake machine isn’t working” I would have went to the Algonquin McDanks.nnGet it together Plymouth . Embarrassing

Great drive thru. Always alot of cars but like moves quickly. Staff is very helpful. Store is clean ..thry cater to families and community

One of few CFA locations that makes mistakes with orders. Still a great experience. Even a 3 star CFA is better than 5 stars at other fast foods

This restaurant is very busy. They do work to get the orders right. I’ve never had any issues. Great food.
