Kuhn Truck and RV

I don't normally leave reviews, but when we experienced such great customer service, I have no other choice. Our experience with Kuhn RV & trucks has been amazing to say the least. My husband and I are first time RV buyers, so we had several phone conversations with Luke. Luke was so kind & helpful to answer all of our questions. We could not travel to Ohio to look at this coach, so this purchase was by phone, video & pictures. They delivered our coach & couldn't have been more pleased! It was more than we expected! Though we have been researching RVs for about 4 years, we are first-time buyers. We learned about Kuhn Truck and RV when we saw some of their rigs for sale on RV Trader. We appreciated their thorough (and clear!) photos and their video tours, which helped us feel like we had a good understanding of each one even before we made the trip to the dealership. When we visited the first couple of times, they were very accommodating - allowing us to look around without hovering or pressuring us. They were readily available to thoroughly answer our (many) questions but did not ever pressure or hurry us - even when we came really close to closing time on one visit. No RV is perfect, and they were honest about things we needed to know or might want to take into consideration as we shopped. When we finally chose our first RV, they made the process seamless and memorable for us. They took all the time we wanted and needed to walk us through the features of our RV so we would know how to work everything when we got home. They also offered their availability for further questions if we encountered them after our purchase. And because we are a memory-making couple, we really appreciated their kindness in taking pictures for us as we made our first-ever RV purchase. Luke, Levi, and Greg all made this a great experience for us, and we are looking forward to enjoying a new journey with our little RV!

This is the place to buy your RV! This is like is should be. Luke was helpful through the whole process. Also, the RV was what the U-Tube video presented. I was so impressed, I came from Florida to purchase the RV. Luke had me picked up at the airport and made sure I could drive it back to Florida with everything working. Plus filled up all needed provisions. Thanks Luke! If your going to buy a RV, look to this company and Luke. They will treat you right!

After spending several months researching RV's from dealerships and private sellers nationwide, I found a RV which was exactly what I was looking for at Kuhn Truck and RV. After exchanging emails, text messages, and phone calls, I felt so comfortable with the courteous and professional manner in which I was treated, I bought a one way ticket to Ohio from Hawaii. It's a family owned business and I was treated like family, the entire experience was far beyond my expectations. The owners are exceptional individuals, honest, friendly, and I felt so at ease dealing with them. A fantastic dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking for a RV.

After making an almost 1700 mile round-trip to pick up a new slide in truck camper from Levi and Luke Kuhn I can honestly say that I am pleased with Kuhn Truck and RV. After an initial hiccup they went out of their way to rectify the situation and made sure they had what I needed before I arrived. The install team was quick to install it on the truck and addressed a couple of little things I noticed. The unit was clean, the battery charged and tank filled with water for my return trip. Everyone there was courteous and professional. I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend Kuhn Truck and RV.
