Update: The owner has reached out to me and has made things right.nIn hindsight, I wish I would have called the store when we realized there were problems. It was a busy night for us and I was frustrated. The quick response to my review was very much appreciated and makes me believe even without my review it would have been corrected ASAP. And EOC still has the best Meatball sub around, I just like my jalapenos diced and with extra sauce :)nOriginal review... Delivery was earlier than expected that was a plus! However, when you order a Peanut Butter and Jelly pizza and it has been carelessly handled and the Jelly has all slid off the pizza and is just a pile beside the pizza, not so great. Our subs were good, but for the second time in a row I asked that my jalapenos be diced on my meatball sub and they weren't! Not sure why there is a place for special instructions if no one is going to follow them :( also no extra sauce on my sub either. We don't order often because it is a little pricey. So when we do I expect my moneys worth. Didn't get it this time!
We are very lucky in Galion to have a few great pizza places to choose from and East of Chicago is definitely a family favorite. From the Taco pizza, the Italian sub with special sauce, Meat lovers pizza and veggie pizza ( my favorite) but I usually get out voted, so glad I can order a personal size cheese pizza or just something sweet... Long time owners keep us coming back and great staff are always friendly and quick!!! and I love ordering online for an easy pickup. You can order while you do your grocery shopping and just drive thru on your way home. It doesn't get any easier than that.
