Great place but THEY SHOULDNT BE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS
I love it here! Feels like my second home! Daycare is top notch and in the workout area there are lots of different machines and lifting options. Very supportive staff and members!
Great place to workout! Friendly staff! Babysitting room has a great lady who watches the kids! Pound class is so fun! Fantastic instructor! Also love the yoga classes too! Carol at the front desk is alway friendly! Been going for about 3 years now! Love it!
I really enjoy their weight room. Multiple lifting apparatus the cut down on waiting and a calm atmosphere. Not all their bars are standard 45lb bar bells so stay mindful
