Katie’s work is amazing!!!! I had went to a “new to me” stylist for the first time (my normal lady and salon were booked out for 2 months) and received a horrible cut and color and was so upset about it. I found Katie’s work online (Instagram and her personal website) and booked an appointment based on her before and after photos. Katie spent about 3 hours to make sure I was completely satisfied with CUT AND COLOR before letting me leave, never accepting a “it’s better” for an answer, she wanted to make sure I was truly happy again with my hair. I highly recommend her and she will be the only stylist I see at Personal Best going forward.
