When they say Freaky Fast, THEY MEAN IT! I ordered a sandwich combo last week, and from the time I confirmed my order to the time it was at my door was less than 10 minutes. My order was correct (and delicious), and I have never been this impressed by delivery. These folks do a fantastic job!

You really can't beat a JJ sandwich! Went to this location a week ago, we usually go to a few other locations. They were insanely fast and the sandwiches were great. Staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely will be back as this is pretty local for me ☺ufe0f

Wish I could rate negative stars. I used the JJ app to place my order of the #16 with only cheese, turkey, bacon, add ham, lite lettuce, lite oil, lite oregano on sliced wheat. It arrived made as stated on the menu because the app did not transfer the order correctly. I called the store and attempted to explain how I wanted the order but kept getting interrupted. Even though the sandwich was replaced, it arrived totally wrong AGAIN! I have NEVER experienced such incompetence at a quick serve restaurant the likes of this. Will not return & neither will those in my office.

I had no problem with the food. I did not plan on bringing it home, but I can't sit among messes anymore. My problem was the obvious lack of cleanliness and the lack of leadership by management to maintain a clean environment. Under the drink station, in clear view was a bag of chips with a partially eaten piece of salami on it. Who knows how long it had been there, or why. I could've probably still eaten there, but the tables were also dirty. We should be in a new era of clean restaurants thanks to the virus. I had hoped that there would be a change. Instead, as I was leaving, a grandma was allowing her 3 year old granddaughter to sit at the first booth while she placed the order and there were crumbs and pieces of lettuce on the table that the child was placing her hands on. I am now grossed out by such things, and I worried about the child and called it to the attention of her grandmother. If you're going to be open, you've got to realize cleanliness is now a lot more important and most people will no longer tolerate a dirty table and be content to wiping up the messes of others with a napkin. Hoping you will place more importance to this going forward.
