A pizza bowl is a great idea, but the execution of it lacks at this store.. I ordered a deluxe Pizza bowl and got a lot of sauce a lot of sausage undercooked meat unmelted cheese and a mess because they can't even bother to put a lid on the thing ... It's put in a pizza box uncovered

We were so excited to see that Marco's was back here in Springboro. Ordered a pizza two weeks ago and specifically asked for plenty of sauce. Could not find sauce on most of the pizza but chalked it up as just missing the request.nToday we called in to try again. This time we asked for half the pizza with one topping and the other half another topping. Every pizza place understands how to do this except..... Marco's Pizza Springboro. They insisted we pay for two additional toppings. It's not the additional $1.75, it's the lack of customer service. We ended up canceling the order and going elsewhere. Your response can be the canned reply but if the new owner wants to know where their business is, it's things like this that drive people away. It's not that hard to take care of people trying to give you business.

Everyome is so friendly applied for a job and due to my background I have an issue however the manager offered other options so i could possibly get the job!!!

First order was not even what I ordered, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a week later. Never showed up. Plenty of other pizza places, don't need marcos
