DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD....we LOVE JETS PIZZA!!! Seriously the sauce is so so good. The deep dish is my favorite but everything we have ordered from ere has been fresh and delicious. We have done both pick up and delivery and both is great!

Placed an order and got delivery to our house in Franklin. Then this week we place an order and we were told that everything is great. Then I get a call from the store saying that they are not able to deliver to us. They decided to ask the manager and the manager came on the line and was very rude from the minute he picked up the phone. I cancelled our order. We will go to a different pizza place from now on. I guess they don't care they just lost a good customer. Plus Inwill tell all my friends.

If you like deep dish pizza...Jet's is a must. If we are wanting pizza we drive 15 minutes one way to go here, when we could order from 6 other places and not have to leave. The crust is very crunchy but light and not greasy. I could eat a box of the crust and be happy. The toppings are fresh and the cheese is great quality.

Food is great BUT the Springboro location must be horribly managed. I have attempted to get delivery many times but the wait for delivery has never been less than 1.5 hours.nTonight, I ordered for pick up. When I got there, the line OUTSIDE was about 7 people deep. This does not include those inside. The line outside grew to about 20 people deep while I waited in the outside line (20 minutes). Of course, my pizza was sitting in a warmer and was no longer hot by the time I got inside. The warmers were FULL of pizzas but no one was checking with those in the long line, many who had already paid.nVery very poorly managed store. I’m probably eating my last Jet’s pizza from this location.
