Steve was very professional, experienced, and detail oriented. He spent time with us reviewing his findings and walked through the home to give suggestions on fixes based off priority. We would absolutely use him again and plan to call Steve when we need some work done. Great service at a great value.
He did an excellent job for the house I was planning to buy. He pointed out everything that needed to be considered for repair or just to be aware of. He provided a very detailed and accurate report in a timely manner. He also offered a fast initial appointment within 2 days of calling. His service was cheaper than another company that I called as well, he charged me $400 to inspect a 2000 sqf traditional 2 story house with basement. I definitely use his service again in the future...
