I came to Pro Automotive because a friend recommended them. It was clear as to why upon my first interaction (even over the phone)! I didn’t feel intimidated with Pro Automotive, as I sometimes have felt with other auto repair places. They communicated clearly (specifically they didn’t rush through their explanation like I already have an automotive lexicon), were spot on with their assessment/advice, and my scenario ended up with a much better outcome than I could have expected - thanks to their service! Taylor is super to work with. We have two older cars and he and his team are great to work with. He provides you with what is wrong and upfront estimates. His communication is great. I don't give recommendations lightly. But now when asked whose isyis mechanic, I actually have an answer.
Very professional and courteous, pointed out that my break pads where in need of replacing, but didn't pressure me at all when I said I'd like do do it myself. Taylor was a super nice guy who really knows how to run his business. My go to mechanic for the foreseeable future.
