Having been in and around the automotive industry all of my life (service, sales, parts and manufacturing myself, my dad in bodywork, sales, service, estimating, manufacturing and more, my son is in parts, my other son owns an automotive specialty shop with dealership contracts, a great uncle who was a GM Executive - and the list goes on), I seriously doubt that I would ever again purchase a vehicle or allow them to work on one of mine. One red flag after another. The lack of professionalism and communication. They said they would look into the cause of a water leak into the cabin that occurred after the sale but before I even made it home. They didn't. Said the paperwork was incorrect. It wasn't. On the third day the check engine light came on- I called asking for insight because at first it seemed serious and I was concerned. Was hoping that with their experience they would have some ideas of probable cause; 'as-is' sale - I wasn't asking to replace a windshield or timing chain, just some assistance/ guidance. It's been 3 days since I left a message... big surprise, no call back. Please just get the title and tags to me then we're done.

I’ve been using Foreign Exchange for service/maintenance on my Mercedes. Scotty is great. Clear and timely communication. Very pleased ... only wish I had found them years ago.

Great folks. What started with Rick helping get my Westfalia back on the road has turned in to us taking all of our vehicles here. Scottie is always good on the communication side. Quality work, fair price

Scotty, the Service Manager, and his team were fantastic. This was the first time we used Foreign Exchange and they treated us like royalty! They made sure to do a comprehensive diagnostic to pinpoint any broader issues that might be lurking around. Even as new clients, they accepted our business immediately and started working the issues. Scotty explained everything and what needed to be addressed now and what we might monitor for later. Very transparent in their approach to repairs and up front about costs, which were very reasonable. They got me back on the road quickly (and I had to be towed to the shop). We will definitely keep using Foreign Exchange over the dealership from this point forward. Highly recommend without reservation!
