I bought my car two years ago from them little did I know they never brought up the fact that it was teetered off a trailer and has frame damage yet the “title is clean” so I can never trade in my car then my battery died and turns out the battery had NO markings and wasn’t even the right one for my car, it was outputting 300 less voltage then needed. Called them to ask about it and never called me back and avoid my calls.
I could not be happier with my buying experience here! Josh was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pushy, underhanded sales tactics, no games, no trickery.. not the typical car buying experience in the best way possible! Got to look over the vehicle at my own pace, test drive it for as long as I needed. I knew everything I needed to before making my decision to buy, and I would definitely purchase from Trimca again.
