Amazing towing.....quick..... actually tried to get the car fixed....Arnold amazing tow driver always nice and courteous
We got the pleasure of using Ted's towing unfortunately 3 times in a matter of 2 days.... 1st thought we ran out of gas and Arnold came to our rescue unfortunately it wasn't the gas moments after he left and had to call back and 2nd timenWe got Tim which was absolutely GREAT to have conversation with... Then second day 3rd time we got to use again because our daughter locked her keys out of her car and John came to the rescue to help!nThese guys were absolutely amazing, great customer service, friendly and easy to talk withud83dude0anWe are out of the Ironton area but I work in Portsmouth I will definitely recommend Ted's towing to anyone in conversation if ever needed!!! Ted's Towing is by far the best telling service I have ever used and I've used quite a few in Scioto County Ted's is also the certified AAA towing service these guys even on a stressful day have never shown anything but politeness and professionalism for their job I would more than recommend Ted's telling to anybody needing their services
Excellent customer service, I accidentally locked my keys in ny car at my friend's house at 2:00am. I called ted's and they were at her apartment within 20 minutes & had my car open before I got outside of my friends apartment to pay them. The young man who came to assist me was very polite and courteous.
