Purchased another truck at Colonial Ford. Another great experience! The Salesperson Glenn Smith , General manager Dell Roderick and Business manager Nick Healy, were fantastic to deal with. It was another no pressure experience. Glenn and Dell went out there way to help me with the options I was looking for. Very highly recommended Dealership. Service department is fantastic as well!
Colonial Ford got me in in a timely manner and took care of my issue immediately. Ken, the shuttle driver, took me downtown and told me the best places to go for coffee. He even gave me a little tour as I had never been to Plymouth.nThis is now my Ford service dept!
Great environment, clean and fast, professional friendly service. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I got an oil change and had my wipers adjusted but they were not quite right, they brought it back in the shop and made it right in a very timely manner.
Extremely professional and very considerate! Rock and his service team are top notch, they assisted me with exactly what I needed help with didn’t try and waste my time. Rick is an extremely easy to talk to and work with kinda guy and takes everything into consideration. Invaluable employee!
