The sales manager Laurie and front desk support person were excellent customer service representatives. The salesman John was too busy replying to emails, phone calls, and popping in and out during my transaction. I did not feel like I was the most important customer at the time. I didn't get the luxury car dealership experience that my mom was raving about. I went to pick up the car, and had to wait over 3 hours for the plate (10 minutes roughly, I was told) to be put on the car, the inspection sticker and gas. The front desk representative saw my annoyance and pleasantly kept checking on me. If its going to be awhile, just be honest and say we're behind. If I had to wait that long to get those simple things, I will not be servicing the vehicle at that location. It will probably be an entire workday experience. Great product, but too few staff to assist customers. My next Volvo experience has to be all virtual. No dealership visit for me.

I highly recommend Volvo Cars Plymouth. It was a very easy process start to finish. I contacted the dealership online and was assisted by Emma, who was fast, efficient and easy to work with. She set me up with an appointment within 48 hours, and I was able to test drive my desired vehicle. When I wasn't thrilled with my original selection, Emma was able to get the perfect vehicle for me from their sister location in Hyannis quickly, and I was in my new Volvo the same day. I never felt pressured, and the sales and finance process were very straight forward. It was nice that there were no games involved, like most dealerships usually play. Beautiful, convenient facility as well.

Actually my new lease, turned in a 2019 I had for 2 1/2 years, was handled by Laurie Gallo the Business Manager as the sales person never got back to me. Laurie handled my original lease back in April 2018 and she did it again, found the car I wanted and took care of all the details to make sure I was happy. She is a winner and they owner should know! The overall store is a pleasure to deal with, Josh in service is also very attentive. I loved my 2019 xc40 and this one is great too.

Had a great experience here. Taylor from the service department was very helpful and easy to reach. I was planning to buy a car from a small dealer and she helped set up a full safety check for the car. Both the mechanic and her were very attentive to my needs and were very honest. I appreciate that they were looking for my best interest and giving genuine advice.
