Friendly staff, clean waiting area and clean bathrooms.
I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Best Jeep in Plymouth. I have problems with the Salesperson returning my calls. I called a few months after I purchased my Jeep and no one returned my calls (Kyle). I continued to call and eventually my call was answered. I asked the person I spoke with to not have Kyle return my call, they had Kyle return my call! Once I spoke with Kyle, he told me not to say that again. A few weeks ago I called Best Jeep to ask a question about my radio. No one has returned my call. I will never again by a Jeep vehicle and I certainly will never buy from Best Jeep or refer them ever again!
I had an excellent experience here. We actually went to Quirk Jeep in Marshfield first and had an unpleasant experience so decided to come over to Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Plymouth. The entire process was very easy and every person we encountered was great. Chris St. Clair helped us and he was wonderful and very professional. He helped us choose the right car for us and made sure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new car!
Just purchased a fabulous Jeep Wrangler (used but I mint condition) The whole process was made so easy from meeting with Ben, to our salesman Chris and then one of the managers, Tim. The atmosphere was great - easy, no-pressure, total transparency with all the details of the car easily addressed. Chris handled all the paperwork and arranged to have the car delivered to us. He made sure the whole process went smoothly. Would have to say at this point, this was one of the BEST purchasing experiences!!
