Rear seat AC only putting out Warm air , No AC. They had the Buick Envision and removed the dash and a lot of other parts. Great service and everything works. Dropped off on Monday and ready by late Thursday, but we picked it up Friday A.M. as we live some distance away and could get there before they closed. No scratches, dents and interior clean. Mechanic did a excellent job and road tested to make sure that everything worked . Marty's GMC of Kingston, MA. is a excellent dealer. Had read on forums about how bad other dealers were and problems with the repairs and thought about not having this repaired. Kudos to Marty's Buick GMC.

Very professional and courteous service. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and considerate. Their handling of my vehicle during this Pandemic was exceptional. I was very nervous about bringing my vehicles in anywhere for service. The Marty GMC Crew knows how to safely do this and it was impressive to see the care and consideration that was given. Dealer is not willing to sell at the price advertised through GM.com on shop.click.buy program.nnI found exactly what I wanted for 66xx$ under MSRP, completed online purchasing stage, scheduled a delivery date, applied for external financing, called dealer to confirm delivery details (sales guy Paul was not happy at all that I have pre-determined price and external financing). And then I receive a call from the same sales guy claiming that this is a mistaken advertising (yet there are more than 10 trucks available through dealers website with similar level of savings) and they could not sell it.nnGM is not willing to do anything about this, dealer does not cares about holding their own word. Do not buy online from them.
