My experience at Sullivan Brothers was more then pleasurable. I went in to drive a 2020 Highlander i was Introduced by Darren Andrews. He let me drive a few different models to be sure i got the one that was best for my daughter and myself. From beginning to end he answered all questions and made sure i was well taken care of. His approach is is welcoming and that makes buying a car so much better. If your looking to buy a new car Sullivan Brothers is the place to go! I went there to get my inspection and have CarPlay added to my car. The entire experience was amazing for me. They were very quick and made sure to make me feel like I was important. I would completely recommend Sullivan Brothers Toyota to others.
My wife’s Seqouia decided to have every dash light flash and put the SUV in limp mode. I called Sullivan and they sent a valet to pick up our car from the house. They fixed the wiring issue and had a valet bring the car right back to us. Paid for everything over the phone, it was the easiest experience ever. The fact that these guys will pick up and bring back your car puts them miles above any other dealer/service area I’ve ever heard of. Bob kept us informed of every step, I can’t give these guys enough accolades. I don’t own a Toyota (yet) but I’ll be bringing my own car to Sullivan’s for service from here on. This is a business model that keeps customers and brings in new customers. All of that on top of outstanding customer service, Sullivan’s is a win/win.
