The last couple times I’ve ordered pizza from here it’s come underdone and everything slides off when you pick it up. There’s no option to have it baked well done on the app. I also always have trouble logging into the app. And I received some coupon codes in the mail, but they didn’t work. Also the driver called and asked if we were going to tip because apparently it didn’t show up on their end, but we had already done it through the app. We went ahead and tipped on the receipt just to be sure, but it might have been a double tip. Other than that the quality of food is always good.

Marco's is normally the only place we order pizza from, but it didn't go well tonight. I ordered 1 LG and 2 MD pizzas. The LG and one of the MDs was okay (although cut pretty sloppily) but the other MD pizza was literally inedible. I opened the box and couldn't believe an employee had looked at that pizza and sent it out. I ordered white sauce, cheese, and spinach. It was basically just desiccated spinach and a little cheese on a burnt, smashed cracker of a crust. No sauce whatsoever. Remarkably, it looks better than it tastes. Moreover, I've been trying to call Marco's since the order arrived and no one will answer. 3 calls, 4+ minutes on hold listening to ads each time. Really disappointing.

My wife and I have been ordering here for a while and it’s always perfect. They get our order right every time, their drivers are quick and kind (And respectful of safe distancing and masking) and the pizzas are always delicious. Really appreciate our local Marcos
