Better quality product! The pizza was warm at best & was only half covered with toppings. My breadsticks were also only warm not hot & barely had any seasoning on them.
Ken is very nice. I really like him. Every pizza I had from here is like the picture. Ken had a good team. They really know their stuff. Together they run a fine tuned machine. Pizzas are always hot and picture perfect. The team does a great job. You can count on this this location to get it right and deliver it fast.
I order on the app as usual. The app is very bad. Will not work sometimes. It said my order was complete and ready in 15 min. When I went to pick it up they never received the order! I had to wait while they put in another order with a car full of kids. This has happened to me twice now. I would never use the app again but its the only way to get deals and use points. Its a terrible system. And with so many other pizza places out there why would I waste my time anymore.
Usually the orders we get from this restaurant are good, fresh, and hot. THis order was none of the above. It was lukewarm, mushy from the steam that had built up, and was not light sauce as I requested. The cheese bread was also barely warm. I was very disappointed.
