Been using this bank for myself and my wife for 16 years never had an issue, we have had 16 developmentally delayed individuals as foster kids over those years most of whom used this bank too, some still do, staff always happy to help out. Score maximum from our family, thanks all of you.
At the drive thru, I was greeted by a very friendly but very confused clerk. After explaining multiple times that I did not have an account with them, and that I simply needed to use their ATM to transfer cash to my USAA account, I was finally advised to come inside to use it. When I walked through the front door an upset looking woman asked if “she could help me.” After explaining to her that HER OWN CO WORKER gave me permission/ADVISED ME to use their ATM, she rushed me out the door claiming that I can no longer do this, and then proceeds to tell me how my own bank works? If that woman wasn’t so rude and the staff wasn’t so confused I might not have had to write this. Time is money, and you wasted quite a lot of it.
Always a friendly and professional staff most satisfied always!
