Change policies all the time. Will enforce some of those polices but not others. If you love lifting weights this is not the gym for you. Usually pretty friendly however that does not out weigh changing polices all the time. Please stick to mission and policies from the start instead of changing it to please people that go one or two times to get a “summer bod” then stop going.
LOVE WOATKettering Gym!! It is always super clean, with very friendly & helpful staff. Lots of choices for equipment, price ranges, and flexible hours to fit your liking. Check them out & help yourself to get healthy.
This gym is immaculate! Equipment is brand new and everything is very well maintained.. Everyone is friendly, but gives appropriate space. The locker rooms are a good size with 3 showers. I was a member at a large national chain for many years, but I like it here so much better. Thrilled that this is so convenient for me.
Just recently joined this gym. Its smaller but has a large variety of equipment. Its clean and the equipment is in great condition. Its not overly crowded at the times i go, which is also a plus!
The owner is very helpful and gracious at this gym. It has everything you need whether you’re a local or out of town we traveling through. Definitely check it out.
