The instructors have super great, positive energy and the class really feels like it's all about having fun and moving your body! I don't feel bad or silly if I mess up half the moves. MVP has really rose to the occasion with virtual classes. My sisters that live in Cincinnati are now able to take classes and experience the same love I have for MVP.
