I took my car in to the 4497 Indian Ripple Rd Dayton, OH 45440-3251 location. A 2016 Ford F150, they spent over an hour on it trying to figure out how to change the oil and couldn't, after an hour I had to ask them to stop and put everything back together as I was running out of time. It took 40 more minutes since they also didn't know how to put the filters back. At this point after spending almost 2 hours there I got no oil change and my glove compartment will not close. Trying to call Jiffy Lube offices leads no where and no human answer, only the ability to write a complaint for a service that I wasn't even issued a receipt for.nnI WAS a long time customer of Jiffy Lube, and have had my oil changed there a lot of times, but this is also the least professional service I had ever witnessed, a 10 minute YouTube video would have surely shown them how to change oil on the most commonly sold car in the US. Instead I'm out two hour and a broken glove compartment, and who knows what else they didn't put back together correctly.

The entire team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was originally going to be a very positive review unfortunately, I was under-quoted by $100 so that was a nasty surprise when it came time to pay. There weren’t any unexpected factors or challenges with changing my breaks (which I understand sometimes happen), it was just that the guy who gave me the quote forgot to include the price for the rotors. It’s too bad because I enjoyed interacting with the team at this location but unfortunately the prices are pretty outlandish and you can get the work done elsewhere for much cheaper so I won’t be returning.
