So, this is my first time giving a review on this platform. This was my second fantastic experience with my car at Kettering Oakwood Automotive. They are excellent and the customer service is second-to-none. I was on my way to work and could not leave my car, so they offered me a loaner vehicle so I could make it to work. They are efficient, honest and reliable. I used the loaner car and was able to get work and when I dropped the loaner car off - my truck was ready. Please keep up the good work.

Phenomenal experience all around 10/10! I had been trying for weeks to get my headlight changed in my jeep after buying the bulbs myself because that was less expensive than using shop parts. Several shops refused to use the parts I had. I called Kettering-Oakwood and talked to LT. He was extremely kind and told me if I could not be fixed out in the lot, he would get my car pulled in. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival and I did not sit more than maybe 15 minutes before my car was ready after being pulled in immediately. LT let me know what was going on every step of the way and was overall wonderful! As a young woman this was an extremely comfortable experience and I would definitely come here again for future repairs. This is a place that was quick and efficient, with excellent service standards. I will definitely be back!

I had a nail in my tire and this was the third shop I had been to as all the others had a 4-5 hour wait even though it was a really simple repair. They were great! They got my car in quickly to check it out and I was on my way. Super nice team and very straight forward. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I called on a whim to see if I could get an appointment made for my car to be looked at. They told me to bring it in whenever convenient for me. I brought it in for an oil change and an inspection. My battery needed replacing, they did not charge me for service. Then, as they started backing up my car, they noticed a noise. They realized it was my exhaust and helped me out at no charge. Could not recommend this place enough. Affordable, convenient, customer first service.

Awesome shop! Took my Chrysler 300C Hemi in for several different repairs that would have cost a lot more going somewhere else. They were quick to diagnose issues that had been incorrectly diagnosed by another shop and were beyond fair with their pricing. Not only did they charge less than they had quoted, but they also fixed a small exhaust leak for free. The repairs were all done and finished within the same day and the quality of work was top notch. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be using them again for any future work I need done! 5 stars all the way around!
