Great, first time. I had been using valvoline instant oil change for yours, was getting gouged badly! I called Jiffy Lube and the told me their prices! Less expensive and they do more and we're very friendly. They gave me 10% off on my first visit! Washed my windows, everything! I save about 20 + dollars. Definitely going to use them again for my vehicles!

I am not sure what place you all went to, but this Kettering store was horrible. It only took one person to make my visit horrible. He barely spoke to me, then he didn't explain the.prices just did what he wanted to do. It was awkward because he made me do my own typing to fill out my information then again silence.. I did complain and the GM called me. He was over friendly and took care of the problem.. I hope I never run into that employee again or I hope he is gone
