Great shopping experience and helpful staff! Thanks to Jimmy with helping me locate and install my new rear wiper blade. He offered to help me with install even in the rain. Really appreciate the customer service that always goes above and beyond.
They gave me a receipt with the right part numbers but grabbed the wrong packages causing me to install metric studs on standard lugs ruining the hard work it takes to replace these. Too busy trying to convince you to buy parts you don't need so you spend 120 to get a 15% discount insulting my intelligence, even after I explained that I know what I'm doing the employee continued on and I told them that's the reason they sell parts at $9 an HR. I had $200 in parts rung up and I took my business to ADVANCE AUTO
Went there for new windshield wipers and asked for help installing. Jery helped me and he noticed a problem with one of the arms and offered to fix it on the spot. Great service
Pam and Mark were very nice with helping me with a return. It was an old return so it was a little complicated but she managed to take care of my situation.
Always courteous, dependable and willing to help in testing batteries, alternators, and replacing wipers. Great customer service! I highly recommend this AutoZone.
