Good, cheap service that I got a discount on through Groupon. Arrive and had a small wait to get into the service bay but they came around and filled washer fluid and offered to check tire pressure and lights on the car. Once I got into the service bay they drained the oil only to find out that they did not have any more oil available for my car, dang Toyota and their 0w-16! They let me know someone was running to their other store to get some oil and it would be about 20 minutes before they could be back. Everyone was very friendly but it ended up taking about 50 minutes before they arrived back with the oil and I was out the door. Overall everyone was very nice and I would definitely come back but beware if you have an uncommon oil like Toyota’s you may end up stuck for a while.
Service worker was very considerate and let me know that, with using the synthetic motor oil in my car, that I could go 5,000 miles between oil changes. Topped off my windshield washer fluid and sent me on my way. Kudos!
I found my coolant hose to be conveniently sliced open on my way home from my oil change. I find it hard to believe that it is a coincidence. So I had pull over and get my car towed to the shop to get this fixed. Went from a 10 minute oil change to my car being down for 48 hours.nnIt took 6 people hovering around my car to change my oil and they still ended up being harmful and careless. It'll be better to stick to a trustworthy mechanic who focuses on quality over quantity.
Took my 2020 Ram in for a conventional oil change and ended up paying just under $100. In no way should a basic oil change be that much. We are definitely paying for being able to watch them change our oil on video which is not good quality anyways. I can watch videos on youtube for free. Going back to Tire choice. Sorry, not Sorry. The lady that spoke to me on the phone day was patient and kind. She offered me a coupon to help pay for the service. Which was the main reason I came in today. The entire staff worked together as a team and communicated thoroughly. They looked like the most well oiled machine I’ve seen at a business In a very long time. I was in and out In less than 20 mins. The entire time they kept me knowledgeable about my vehicle. As a young woman I appreciate that. Thank you to the staff that worked 12/15/2020
