Can I give zero stars? I had been bringing my cars to Tire Choice, which used to be Monro, for several years. After paying over $1700 and several times returning my car because they couldnt fix the issue after telling me it was ready to be picked up, they lost MY KEY AND KEYFOB, and put a nic in my dash and somehow broke the cover off of the DC outlet cover. Go to Firestone or Grismer.
Good people in there. Prompt service. I'll be going back.
I’m pleased with the service that I received here. We had some leaky tires on my son’s first car. I made an appointment online and got in exactly at the appointed time. Ty was efficient, informative and polite at the desk and on the phone. The repair was fast and the price was fair. I will go back here in the future and likely recommend to friends.
My son had some work done on his car last week around the tire area make a long story short they didn't put the screws back on his car to hold his break pads , rotors in place today I had to go and get my son because he was stranded due to missing screws and bolts that hold the tire in place. They could have killed me son because his tire could have come off while he was on the highway luckily he had just gotten off of the highway and made it to a gas station. They will be hearing from me
I cut their grass and get work done on vehicles there
