My experience was a journey but overall all a great experience. During covid I called instead of just coming in. I made decisions based on their online inventory. I came in very last min right before close (due to work schedule, and being a single parent). The owner went above and beyond than expected, even with my crying baby he was more than understanding and helped me understand what I was financing verses if I paid cash. (I had a a lot of questions ud83eudd23) and done be afraid to ask. He Went over all the warranties and such. If I had any concerns the owner Chris and employee Matt helped tremendously to overcome any obstacles. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

I was sold a car with a bad engine. My car stopped working for 3 days in the 1st month that I had it. He had a friend/mechanic check it and the man changed my coil pack and my car works again but sounds worse...found out it was actually my engine that needed fixed. After having my car for a month i found a mechanic who diagnosed the problem as my engine and spoke with the owner but the owner says there’s nothing he can do since I’ve had he car too long.nI honestly feel cheated and lied to by this company. Don’t recommend them at all.

Horrible experience. Financed a car that wouldn’t start, the next day after I bought it. I ended up needing a fuel pump. The owner shows extreme professionalism, but don’t be fooled, he’s shady, and cheap. I had to come back to the dealership on two occasions due to them not filling out paperwork properly. I was told I was going get a oil change when I bought the car and it would be covered by the owner, I went to Monroe and ended up paying out of pocket 45 dollars. I show the receipt to the owner he went into his pocket and gave me two 20 dollar bills.. So he shorted me 5 bucks. I spoke with someone who works with him about the car repeatedly not starting, she informed me she would tell the owner, the owner never got back with me. He called me on the 5th tell me my memorandum title was in, so I could get hard plates, I look at the title and see my name isn’t spelled properly, I ended up having to pay for the correction. A mistake he made. And when I tell Mr Extreme cheapskate he tells me he’s not giving me my money. So I would advise everyone reading this, don’t make the mistake I did. Do your research on who your doing business with. Don’t do business with this shady dealership
