Very nice people work there
Terrible customer service and I owledge of product. Sold me the wrong tire and didn't realize until I arrived home and would only make it right on their time because I was 30 minutes late to and appointment that they had set without asking if it would work. I've been a customer there for over 20 years and this place has really gone downhill. Won't be going back and I'm stuck with a set of new unmatched tires. There's plenty of other tire shops out there.
Very friendly and do their best to help you with your car service needs.
Took 2 and a half hours to do nothing and charged me 115$
My brother had made an appointment a day or 2 ahead of time to get all 4 new tires put on. He already had the tires, he just needed them put on. Once he arrived to his appointment, they told him they didn’t have time to put them on because they were low profile tires. Even though he had an appointment. Now, I don’t know anything about putting tires on, but if some tires take longer to do than others, wouldn’t you think the employee’s would ask the customer prior to the appointment, what kind of tires they had? Disappointed.
