Outstanding experience! It was my first time buying a car at a dealership and Noah Evans (salesman) and Chris Thompson (finance manager) absolutely went above and beyond my expectations, Noah was great working to find a car that suited my wants and needs the best without breaking the bank! He listen attentively, and made sure that I felt completely confident and happy with my purchase before leaving the dealership! He is really a joy to work with! Chris helped me so much with all the financial information and answered all my questions and concerns! He didn’t leave anything out and explained everything in detail so I could fully understand! Even if you have to pay more for a tow do not take you vehicle to be serviced here. They will make promises and never fulfill them, say your vehicle is a priority but take weeks to even get to it, and then break something in the car, say it was like that, promise to fix it but never follow through again. And good luck getting ahold of anyone there. Call them and get a directory only to get an operator who asks you the same question the automation asked just to get put on hold and another person ask you who you need. Once you finally get through to the correct line you will have to leave a message that will never get returned. They also have a really great text service that they use to let you know they are there to answer questions but never respond to your texts.

Tyler and Lance knocked it out of the park when it came to customer service. They listened to everything I needed out of a vehicle and turned my upside down car payment into a brand new vehicle that I am in love with. They went above and beyond to make this deal happen.
