Costco Tire Center

Josh, Jason, and all the staff at the Costco tire center provide top notch service. I had 4 tires replaced. Top notch work completed in a timely manor. Great prices, outstanding products, with great service.

I purchased the tires online and they arrived sooner than the 5-10 days quoted. I waited to schedule the installation appointment until a time to work into my schedule. I received a call from the tire center to confirm the tires were in stock and we discussed I would schedule at a later date. I went online and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days and at a time that worked for me. My appointment was for 10Am and the notes said to arrive at lease 15 minutes early. I arrived at 9:30 and waited as there was a customer in front of me. The sales center guy was rude from the start. No welcome, no thank you, no how may I help you. I explained I had purchased the tires online and made my 10Am appointment online. No confirmation that he found my appointment or my tires. He said I had to give him the order number. Which I said I could look up for him. I asked again if he found my appointment, no answer. Then he asked for the year of the car, make and model. I had confirmed all of this then I received the original call that the tires were in-stock. The he just walked away, found the tires and rolled them to a location near the shop, came back and said sign here, put this cone on your car. Never said how long it would take, where I could wait etc..nnI went inside the store and waited in the furniture section. My car was checked in at 9:39 and I received a call at 11:02 that it was ready for pickup. An hour and 22 minutes to install 4 tires.nnI also talked to the GM, the customer service skill flow from the top down I see.

Tire prices were amazing! TJ helped me get a set of 4 in and they were available within 3 days. However, I had a difficult time waiting for the actual tire mounting. My appointment was at 3pm, I got there and dropped off the keys at 2:30, but for some reason, and without any explanation, I didn't get my keys until 4:45 which made me late getting my son to his first scout meeting of the new year. I am not very happy about it and wonder if getting my wife's tires there is worth the hassle.

After being told 4 different things by 4 different tire center employees about when my tires would be in or why they weren't in after a week I went back and got a refund. Had tires installed by my service repair guy the very next morning!
