As always Midas did an excellent job. They new owner/ manager is a great guy. His staff is great. He showed me what was going on with my truck. He explained everything in detailed. Friendly service and service with a smile. Will be back for tires in 2020. Went back today for service. I so appreciate Midas and their crew of men. They are amazing. I always get great service. I called and was able to get an appointment immediately. Within 5 minutes of arriving, my car was on the rack. Within 30 minutes I had a full analysis/quote. The brought me out to the car to show me the issues and explained options.nnPricing is reasonable and fair. They are professional and perform quality work. I was very pleased with the experience.

I had my brakes go out in my car. They had to replace all the pads and rotors. While talking with Matt I decided to grab a set of tires during a deal they are running. Matt and his team got my car done in a timely manner. The next day I noticed some shaking and my car was very jerky. I called Matt told him. He had to swing by that day, put my car straight into the shop, found the issue and fixed it within 45 minutes. Great customer service. Midas has the right guy running that shop! I am a happy customer for the second time with this location!

Awful Clonking sound when I start my car. I I had to pull over while driving. I couldnt get from 40 to 50 without holding my gas peddle all the way Had to pull over for a bit the wrong oil was put in my car I believe. Sometings was done wrong !! My car went crazyud83dude2f My car got jumpyud83eudd14nGreat Expeience with the sales rep at Midas in Fairfield. My car ran horribly after leaving Mias. I took my car back. My light signal comes off on the off sumbol?? Didnt before. I had to drop my gas peddle to the floor to get up a hill , not before. Now my check Engineight is on, Matt says at Midas, well if your check engine light is on. Well my check engine light is on now. Did I get 530 ud83eudd28oil in my car. My car acted atot like this when someone put 520 in my car I've been done wrong here My car didnt have these issues till I left Midas. I had 4 new tires on, guess no alignment?? I have no idea. I feel it personally being done this way. Rediculis , so unprofessional. I had every right to be upset. I've been treated poorly con erning my car. Such a let down, disappointed for sure
